Athlete Membership Terms and Conditions
By accepting membership into SPACO Warriors Club (“the Club”), each athlete agrees to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Financial Support & Sponsorship
1.1 The Club shall provide 50% financial sponsorship for officially approved competitions. This sponsorship shall cover:
•Transportation
•Feeding
•Accommodation
1.2 Sponsorship shall apply only to competitions approved by the Club’s executive body.
1.3 The remaining 50% of expenses shall be the responsibility of the athlete unless otherwise decided by the Club.
1.4 The Club reserves the right to withdraw or deny sponsorship if an athlete fails to meet training, conduct, or financial obligations.

2. Prize Money & Return on Investment
2.1 Any athlete who receives financial sponsorship from the Club and wins prize money shall remit 20% of the total winnings to SPACO Warriors Club as a return on investment.
2.2 Payment of the 20% return shall be made within 7 days of receiving prize funds.
2.3 Failure to remit the agreed percentage may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Discipline & Code of Conduct
3.1 Athletes must display discipline, integrity, and sportsmanship at all times during:
•Training sessions
•Competitions
•Public appearances
•Online and social media engagements
3.2 Any behavior that brings the Club into disrepute, including violence, cheating, substance abuse, or misconduct, may result in disciplinary action.
3.3 Respect toward coaches, teammates, officials, and opponents is mandatory.

4. Training Commitment
4.1 Athletes are expected to maintain consistent attendance at training sessions unless excused for valid reasons.
4.2 Repeated absence without notice may affect eligibility for sponsorship and competition representation.
4.3 Athletes must follow training programs and safety guidelines provided by the coaching team.

5. Representation & Branding
5.1 Athletes must represent SPACO Warriors Club in official club attire during sponsored competitions where required.
5.2 Athletes shall not represent another club in competitions without written consent from SPACO Warriors Club.
5.3 The Club reserves the right to use athletes’ images, competition photos, and videos for promotional purposes.

6. Membership Dues
6.1 Members may be required to pay periodic dues as determined by the Club executives.
6.2 Failure to pay dues may affect access to club privileges and sponsorship.

7. Termination & Suspension
7.1 The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership due to:
•Breach of financial agreement
•Gross misconduct
•Repeated indiscipline
•Actions that damage the Club’s reputation
7.2 Athletes may voluntarily withdraw from the Club with written notice.

8. Athlete Welfare, Health & Safety
8.1 SPACO Warriors Club prioritizes the health, safety, and overall welfare of all its athletes during training sessions, competitions, and official club activities.
8.2 The Club shall take reasonable steps to ensure a safe training environment, including proper supervision, adherence to safety standards, and guidance on injury prevention.
8.3 In the event of injury sustained during an official training session or sponsored competition, the Club shall provide appropriate support within its capacity. Such support may include:
•Immediate first aid assistance
•Coordination of medical care
•Financial assistance toward medical expenses, subject to availability of club funds and executive approval
8.4 Athletes are expected to promptly report any injury, discomfort, or medical condition to the coaching staff to ensure proper care and recovery.
8.5 The Club encourages athletes to maintain personal health insurance where possible to complement the Club’s welfare support system.
10. Registration Fee
10.1 All prospective athletes seeking membership in SPACO Warriors Club shall be required to pay a registration fee upon approval of their membership.
10.2 The registration fee is a mandatory, non-refundable payment that confirms the athlete’s commitment to the Club.
10.3 Payment of the registration fee grants the athlete access to:
•Official membership status
•Training sessions
•Eligibility for sponsorship consideration
•Participation in Club activities and programs
10.4 The registration fee shall be paid within the stipulated timeframe communicated by the Club’s executive body. Failure to complete payment within the given period may result in suspension or cancellation of membership approval.
10.5 The Club reserves the right to review and adjust the registration fee when necessary. Members shall be duly informed of any changes.
11.Agreement
By using our website and services, the athlete confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
